I Love Promarkers #553 - Under the Sea - Sponsored by Colour of Love

Here is my inspiration card for the current blog challenge with the theme - Under the Sea, using this super cute digital stamp Eleanor Mer's Whale Love

Todays card is a 5" x 7"  with two layers of sparkly glitter card with a die cute arch in the centre to create my magical Under the Sea scene. 

The digital image was resized and printed before colouring with promarkers before mounting directly onto the card blank. 

The layers of glitter card were adhered over the top to frame the image. 

Leaf dies were then used to cut out the leaves to represent more seaweed and I used distress ink to add detail and shading. 

The seaweed was then added at the bottom of the card over the top of the image.

The sentiment was stamped onto black card and heat embossed in white before cutting into a simple strip and mounting towards the bottom of the design.

To finish off my card I added glossy accents to the water bubbles, sparkle to the mermaid and a few pieces of confetti around the card.

Skin:               almond, blush. oatmeal, soft peach, dusky rose

Blush:              pale pink

Hair:                vanilla, buttercup, tulip yellow, gold

Dolphin:           cool grey 4, 2, 0

                       pastel blue

Mermaid tail:    petrol blue, verdigris, pebble blue, pastel blue

Top:                 dusky rose, muted pink

Seaweed:         holly, mint green, pastel green

Starfish:           apricot, bisque

Berries:            coral, muted pink
