Here is my inspiration card for the current blog challenge with the theme - Transport, using the hilarious and ever so cheeky Bertie and Belinda's Boating Birthday. When I saw this image it made me laugh so much I knew I had to make a card with it and I hope you like it too!

Belinda looks like she's having a fabulous time but I'm not so sure that Bertie feels the same way !!

It's a larger 5 " x 7" card with a simple die cut panel of check designer paper and the main image. 

I started by adding the digital sentiment which I think is perfect for this card to my resized image in my graphics software and then printed it out onto alcohol marker friendly card stock before colouring with my promarkers.

I used distress inks and a cloud stencil for the background and I've added the same distress ink at the bottom of the design to darken the water around the edge.
