Hello everyone wishing you all a lovely day - I hope that week is going well for you. I'm slowly getting back into the rhythm of blogging again - not sure why its so hard at the moment - even though we have finished the olives there is still so much to do everyday. Just all the Winter jobs on the campo !
There's a new challenge has started over on the Passion for Markers Blog challenge and I hope that you will join in.
This weeks challenge theme of 'Add some bling' has been chosen by Elaine for team 2 and is being sponsored by Clearly Besotted
For my card today I decided to create a snowy scene for a couple of very cute penguins - they look like they are having loads of fun sliding down the snowy slopes.
I chose one of the fabulous pre-coloured winter backgrounds for my 5" x7" card matting this with silver card. Next I die cute some super sparkly snowy slopes from silver glitter card, layering these onto the bottom of the card.
I die cut a couple of Christmas trees using one of the green papers from the collection adding these to the scene.
Next, I resized the Snow Day image to suite my design colouring with promarkers before fussy cutting out and adding to the scene.
This image just makes me smile - it's so cute !
The finishing touches were some white gelly roll pen highlights on the penguins and then some extra bling teal and clear sequins.
Its definitely a card packed with bling !
I hope that you join in with the challenge as there is a prize from the sponsor for our lucky winner!
I really hope that you have enjoyed my card today and will drop by again to see my next project and don't forget to join in with the challenge over on the Passion for Markers blog
Hasta luego ๐
Enjoy the rest of your day !
