Sending Love - Hi Honey - A5 Stamp Set - New Release with Lili of the Valley (LOTV)

Hello everyone wishing you all a lovely Saturday....The Sunshine is out and the bees are very busy in our garden now that the rains seem to have stopped for a few days at least.

I'm here today with a very cute card for Lili of the Valley (LOTV) using one of the gorgeous new A5 Polymer stamp sets which is not currently available but will be back in stock soon in the Etsy shop

My sweet card has been made using one of the sweet little bears from the Hi Honey set, stamped and then coloured with my promarkers, keeping the design really simple.

Just look at that cute little face with the bee on his nose, peeking through the window - ooh don't move little bear!  The sweet little sentiment is from the Sending Love set of stamps

Finishing touches were some clear sparkle to the little bees wings and glossy accents to the bears nose.

I hope that you like my card today and you'll enjoy the next cards I share from Lili of the Valley (LOTV)

Hasta luego ðŸ‘‹

Enjoy the rest of your day !

Digi Choosday - Noodle Panda Card with Leaves - Party Like a Panda - with Polkadoodles

Hello everyone and happy Wednesday... I hope that you are having a good week....

It's that time of the week to share some more inspiration for our current 'Anything Goes' challenge over on the Polkadoodles Digi Choosday Blog so I hope you are going to join in and don't forget the amazing Digi Choosday discount off all crafty printable downloads!

Our challenges our now 4 weekly so there's loads of time for you to join in and more chances to win too!

The theme set for the DT this week is to create a card with a Panda or a Bear and include leaves

I decided to create a square 6" x 6" pop up frame card today and use my favourite Noodle Panda collection

I created the pop up frame for my base card from dark green card stock and cut a circular aperture in the centre of this. Next I layered a peice of leafy green paper over the pop up panel cutting a slightly larger circular aperture in the centre to green a border of dark green card around it.

Before adhering the pop up frame to the card blank I added a different leafy paper into the centre of the panel - this would show through the aperture.

Next I resized the Noodle image image in my graphics software before printing out, colouring with promarkers and fussy cutting out.  The cut out image was then adhered behind the aperture.

I printed out two sentiments from the Noodle collection and foiled these before adding to the card using foam tape.

I used a couple of dies to cut out leaves from green card adding distress ink to the edges for shading and colour and then added these to the design, tucking them behind the sentiments.

To finish off my project I added some pale green iridescent sequins around the design and some white gel pen highlights on the image.

I hope that you like my card today and you'll enjoy the next cards I share from Polkadoodles.

A Passion for Markers Blog Spot Challenge #782 - Anything but birthday - Sponsored by Uniko Stamps

Hello and a happy Tuesday to you all ! I hope that your week has started well.

Today I'm here to let you know that a new challenge has started over on the Passion for Markers Blog challenge.

This weeks challenge is being sponsored by Uniko Stamps and our theme of 'Anything but birthday' this week was chosen for team 2 by Natalie.

I chose to use a really sweet image by Polkadoodles from the Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep collection.

I've created a DL card for today so resized the sweet chick image to suit my card and added a couple of sentiments to the main panel before printing out.  I also printed out the chick image a second time to decoupage. The images were coloured with Promarkers and then I fussy cut out the top of the egg, beak and bows.

The fabulous sentiments are from Polkadoodles from the Tons of Love collection

I created a simple background with stencils and distress inks and then foiled the sentiments for special shine.
The decoupage elements were added to the main image using foam tape for dimension.

To finish off the card I added white highlights around the design and glossy accents to the flower centre.

I really hope that you have enjoyed my card today and will drop by again to see my next project and don't forget to join in with the challenge over on the Passion for Markers blog
