3 Cactus in Pots with Pattie's Creations

Happy Friday everyone I hope that you are all well and have had a lovely week.

Today marks the start of a new Challenge for July over on the Pattie's Creations Design Challenge blog 

The challenge runs from the first Friday of the month and its an Anything Goes challenge as long as you use a digital or stamped image in your project, so why not join in the challenge.

Winners of the challenge will receive 2 digital stamps of your choice from Pattie's shop.

Pattie has some wonderful digital stamps in her Etsy Shop pattiescreations and there is also a freebie every month on the blog that you can use in your project if you want to!

For my July project, I chose the  3 Cactus in Pots digital stamp.  We have hundreds of cactus plants and Aloes here in our garden - they definitely thrive with the heat and lack of water so this was my obvious choice for the month of July as the temperatures ramp up.

I've chose a digital sentiment from Polkadoodles and added this to the card panel before printing it out onto alcohol friendly card stock and colouring with my promarkers (see below for colours used)

I  have blended a little distress ink to carefully around the edges of the panel and I've used a stitched die set to add some simple mats and layers.  The cactus paper was gifted to me a a lovely crafting friend.

I have added a few mat sequins around the design to finish it off.
