New Release - Believe in Magic - Halloween card - Cute Halloween Bundle - with Lili of the Valley LOTV

Hello everyone wishing you all a lovely Friday......The weeks are absolutely flying past...till soon be you know what !

It's time to share another cutie for Lili of the Valley (LOTV)  using their latest  Cute Halloween bundle featuring 35 very cute Ghosties, ghoulies and witches, definitely everything you need to create some fantastic Halloween projects.

The huge bundle is now available in the Etsy shop and don't forget the amazing special offer.....

As well as this fabulous new bundle for a limited time, if you spend £25 on digital stamps, including this new set then you will receive £200 worth of digital sets,  that's 39 sets with over 600 images so don't miss out.

For my second card I've used the cute little Kitty with her witches hat....It had to be a black cat for Halloween.

I resized her to fit my A6 card and then printed out, colouring with promarkers before fussy cutting out....I also printed out a fabulous spooky sentiment too.

I wanted to create a scene for the kitty so used distress oxides and a couple of stencils to create the hill and supersized moon.  The panel was splattered with water and I also adhered some silver foil to the background for extra magic.

Finishing touches were some glossy accents to the kitty eyes and some clear sparkle for her collar.

I hope that you like my card today and you'll enjoy the next cards I share for Lili of the Valley (LOTV)

Digi Choosday - Hocus Pocus collection - Halloween is coming - Witch & Kitty card - with Polkadoodles

Hello everyone and happy Wednesday... I hope that you are having a good week....Its September already and were already starting to think about Autumn and Halloween...sad really as the Summer months go by so fast although Ill be glad for the lower temperatures to come.

It's that time of the week to share some more inspiration for our current 'Anything Goes' challenge over on the Polkadoodles Digi Choosday Blog so I hope you are going to join in and don't forget the amazing Digi Choosday discount off all crafty printable downloads!

Don't Forget that our challenges our now 4 weekly so there's loads of time for you to join in and more chances to win too!

The theme set for the DT this week is Halloween / Autumn is coming
so I decided to use the Hocus Pocus collection for my shaped card today.... I don't make lots of Halloween cards but this was fun to create.

It's the perfect collection of digital stamps, sentiments and ephemera and comes in black and white images for you to colour but also in pre-coloured format.

I wanted to create the look of a spiders web for my card so used some of my nesting dies to create a shaped card cutting from black card.  Next I cut a slightly smaller piece of white card  and then used the fabulous Funky Vortex stencil to create my swirling pattern using black, orange, lime green and purple distress inks.  Once I was happy with the depth of colour, I used a couple of Posca pens to add little dots to the swirls to look like magic swirling into the centre of the design.

For some extra interest I die cut two smaller frames from black card and adhered these over the panel to give the look of a cobweb.

For the main focal image I merged the little witch in the pumpkin and the kitty in the pumpkin together before printing out on alcohol marker friendly cardstock, colouring with promarkers and fussy cutting out.

I adhered the witch and kitty to the shaped card base using foam tape for dimension along with one of the sentiments from the collection.

To finish off the design I added white gelly roll pen highlights and some purple confetti around the the card.

I hope that you like my project today and you'll enjoy the next that I share from Polkadoodles.

Get Well Soon - Waving Animals - Flower Pockets with Lili of the Valley LOTV

Hello everyone wishing you all a lovely Saturday....I hope you are enjoying the weekend so far... we're both under the weather at the moment with horrid coughs and colds and the high temperatures outside are definitely not helping so my card today is perfect for us.

I'm here today with a sweet little card for Lili of the Valley (LOTV) featuring a cute little kitty  from the Waving Animals digital stamp set available in the Etsy shop.

It's a huge set of 18 cute little waving animals - you will be spoilt for choice and there are 30 sentiments included too.

Its a perfect set for so many different occasions so I would definitely recommend it. The design of the card was inspired by a crafty friend and I thought the little kitty would be perfect combined with one of the Flower Pockets

Just some simple colouring with my promarkers for the kitty and distress inks for the pocket and simple fussy cutting out...I used foam tape to adhere the little pocket and 3D glue gel to add the kitty into the pocket.

The background paper is from an older collection of watercolour papers by Craftwork Cards (sadly no longer in business)

Finishing touches were some clear iridescent sequins around the design.

I hope that you like my card today and you'll enjoy the next cards I share from Lili of the Valley (LOTV)

A Meowy Christmas to you all with Mama Elephant

Hello everyone happy Tuesday!

You all know how much we love our kitties...we have 5 now although our newest edition to the family Marmalade is an absolute terror at times - she's a sweetheart most of the time and then a complete drama queen at 7 months old.

When I saw this stamp I know it would be perfect for a few of my cards this year and I m really pleased with how its turned out.

I decided to stamp the main image and the sentiment onto some Kraft card and have then coloured it in using my wonderful Polychromos pencils.

I kept the design really simple adding little touches of sparkle to the baubles and stars.

I hope that you like my project today and you'll come back to see my next project

Hope your day goes with a splash with DisDigitalStamps

Hello everyone happy Friday... I hope that your week has gone well and you have some nice things planned for the weekend or maybe just some lovely time chilling.

Today I'm sharing a cute little card that I've made using a sweet little digital stamp that was a freebie from Di's Digis.

Di very generously gave all of her Facebook group members this digital stamp after her holidays and well you know me and kitties.

It's a simple A6 (UK Size) card coloured with my Spectrum Noir pencils (still taking a break from my Promarkers with the heat !)

I've coloured him to look like Foxy out ginger boy - he adores the pool water when the cover is on, running around so it splashes and chases after him!

I added a digital sentiment in the top left corner before printing out and colouring in.

To finish off my card today I've added white highlights and glossy accents to the kitties sunglasses

If you aren't a member of Di's lovely Facebook group then here is the link for you to join Join here

Here's a link to her Etsy shop too as there are some fabulous digital stamps

I really hope that you have enjoyed my card for today and will drop by again to see my next project.

Let it Snow with Patties Creations

Happy Friday everyone I hope that you are all well and have had a lovely first week of the year.

Tonight here in Spain we celebrate the arrival of the 3 Kings (it's not looking good so far for the town procession sadly as we finally have some long awaited rain, but I'm sure the kings will manage to get here ok anyway)

The first Friday of the month marks the start of a new Challenge for December over on the Pattie's Creations Design Challenge blog

The challenge runs from the first Friday of the month and its an Anything Goes challenge or our theme for January is Snow/Snowmen, as long as you use a digital or stamped image in your project, so why not join in the challenge.

Winners of the challenge will receive 2 digital stamps of your choice from Pattie's shop.

Pattie has some wonderful digital stamps in her Etsy Shop pattiescreations and there is also a freebie every month on the blog that you can use in your project if you want to!

For my January project, I chose the Kitty Snowman digital stamp and made a simple a6 (UK size) card.  I resized the image to suit and printed it out before colouring with Promarkers.  The sentiment in my design panel is from the Jolly Santa collection by Polkadoodles.

This is a one layer card and the background has been created by blending distress inks to create a wintery sky, adding water splatters and then splatters of white ink for the snow.

To finish off the card I added a layer of navy card behind the panel.....

I do hope that you like my card for today and don't forget to join in with this months challenge over on the blog.

Hasta luego ๐Ÿ‘‹

Enjoy the rest of your day !

Fairy Lights on Winter Nights with JMC Designs

Hello everyone I hope that you have are having lovely day today.

It's Monday so that means time for me to post another project on the Guest Design Team for JMC Designs

Today I'm here to share a Pop up frame card made using one of the super sweet and quirky image from the digital Autumn Allspice Collection  called Clove Close  and I've teamed this with one of the cute kitties from the collection, Ginger.

It's a 5" x 7" card with lots of lovely Christmas sparkle.

I started by creating the galaxy / Northern Lights background for the card, blending distress inks over the panel to start before adding black distress ink.

Next I splattered this with water and then white ink. I think its so pretty and a shame to cover  it up really. I love all the fabulous colours against the black ink.

The Popup frame was created from a piece of blue cardstock measuring 10" x 5".  Scored along the long edge at 1/2 ", 1" & 1 1/2" on both edges, this would create the concertina fold for the panel.
Next I used a die to cut out the centre of the card to create my frame and then splattered this with white ink.

For extra sparkle I die cut a snowflake border and some snowy banks for the the top and bottom of the card and adhered Ginger the card to the bottom - he reminds me of our cheeky boy Foxy up to some sort of mischief in the snow.

I really hope that you like my card today and it would be lovely if you you leave me a comment and let me know what you think.

Magic is in the Air with Pink Gem Designs

Hello everyone and a happy Saturday...I hope that you have had a great week and  are looking forward to the weekend.

Today I'm here with a Christmas card for Pink Gem Designs using a very cute digital stamp from the Christmas Kittens set of stamps.

This is a gorgeous set of stamps that includes 10 black line images and 2 sentiments.  If you prefer not to colour then there is a pre-coloured version also available.

Today's card is a 6" x 6" snow globe aperture card  with a wintery scene. This would make a perfect shaker card too.

I have created a landscape A6 (UK Size), resizing the image to suit and adding one of the sentiments, before printing out onto alcohol friendly cardstock.

I normally use Transotype Perfect Colouring Paper 250g/m for my colouring printing it out at a reduced black intensity of around 40%  to prevent any bleeding and give a softer grey outline which I prefer.

Once coloured in with my Promarkers (see below for the colours), I fussy cut the kitten and mouse image, before mounting this in the snow globe using foam tape for dimension.

To create the card I used a couple of nesting circle dies to create the aperture in a piece of cardstock and die cut a thin silver frame for the edge of the snow globe. I added snowy dots around the panel using a stencil and distress ink, blending around the edge of the panel also.

I used distress inks to create my wintery background splattering with white ink for snow before adhering this to the card blank behind the aperture window.

The Christmas trees are pre-coloured ephemera from my collection of Polkadoodles images, fussy cut out and adhered to the background.

I've added extra sparkle to the Christmas trees and the pom pom of the mouses hat and added gems to the snow globe base and around the scene.

I really hope that you like my  card today and it would be lovely if you you leave me a comment and let me know what you think.

Hasta luego ๐Ÿ‘‹

Enjoy the rest of your day !
